Phone Calls
We welcome your calls and will do everything we can to serve you as quickly as possible. If you need to leave a message, please speak clearly, specify the physician you want to reach, leave your name and a phone number where you can be reached. Also, if possible, give a brief description of your concern so we’ll be better prepared to assist you. If your situation is an emergency, please call 911 for emergency assistance.
During Regular Hours
Our phones are answered by an operator Monday - Friday. Please try to limit all non-emergency calls to these times. If you are calling for medical advice, prescription refills, medical problems, emergencies or test results, your call will be directed to a nurse. She will discuss your call with the doctor if necessary in order to assist you.

After Hours
If you have an emergency after regular office hours and on weekends, our answering service will put you in touch with your physician or the physician on call. The doctor will return your call as soon as possible.
