We accept most PPO/HMO insurance plans. If you do not know if we participate in your plan, please contact your insurance carrier before your office visit. Please remember to bring your insurance card with you each time.

Payment Policy

Payments or applicable co-payments are expected at the time services are rendered. If we do not have a contractual agreement with your insurance company you will receive a receipt to file with them. As a courtesy to you, we do file all deliveries and hospital-related charges.

Any billing questions should be directed to the billing department at your doctor’s office as listed below:

You are responsible for paying your account within 60 days. A finance charge will be added at that time. If you need to set up a monthly payment plan, please speak to someone in our billing office. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Care Credit.

We will be happy to bill your insurance for you. It is your responsibility to contact your insurance provider to determine whether Women’s Health Care physicians are listed providers.
